The Dark Knight: My review
Ah, the Dark Knight
I saw this movie first at midnight, and then I just had to see it again so I went with my friend and saw it less than 24 hours after. After seeing it twice I think I can better understand the movie to write a review, and let me tell you this is a movie that any comic-book hero fan/ Heath Ledger fan or action adventure fan would love to see.
The beginning started with a bank robbery by none other than the Joker himself, the scene was really intense and by the end we saw that every single one of the henchman were killed except for the masked Joker. The beginning few minutes was mostly just showing us the characters, a scene with Batman and a look a like, Harvey Dent and his girl Rachael Dawes, and a scene with Batman and Gordon. I'm not going to tell you the whole movie plot, but I will say that Heath Ledgers job as the Joker was unforgettable, his character was so demented and twisted that he killed just to "watch the world burn" he also killed with a knife for the sole reason of watching people's emotions before they die.
Besides seeing the Joker's character blossom, we also viewed Batman in all his glory, not only did we see intense action scenes but we saw a character we've all come to know and love. From seeing Batman in Hong Kong, him using his detective skills and Bruce Wayne showing off his playboy image. One of my favorite scenes is when he rammed his Lamborghini into two cars to save someone, and when asked about it he pretended to be trying to catch a light.
One other thing I must say is about a foreshadow to the next movie, when Lucius Fox and Bruce Wayne where talking about Bruce's costume Lucius tells him it'll protect against dogs (Batman got attacked by dogs) but something that was very random was when Lucius said it'll also protect against Cats. Possible Catwoman appearance? I'd like to hope so, and having her or the riddler (I'd prefer both) in the next Batman movie would be a very interesting thing to watch.
If you saw any other foreshadows or have anything else to say, please comment!

Breaking Dawn Quotes of the day
To get ready for the highly anticipated book Breaking Dawn Stephenie Meyer has decided to post quotes from the book onto her website. Here's what she told us...
A few things to keep in mind about the teaser quotes beginning tomorrow:
1. They are out of context.
2. They are out of order.
3. Some of them are purposely misleading.
4. I have a twisted sense of humor.
(Number four is really the key point there.)
The quotes will probably show up around midnight EST, but no guarantees on that. Sleep is always my first priority.
The quotes will be on my website, too, but I'm not sure what time my brother will have them up. (There is a new little webmaster due any day now, so my site might have some lag time in the near future.)
ETA: to answer Nichole's question below, the quotes will all be listed in order on my website, so you won't miss any if you're away from the computer for a few days.
Enjoy the quotes....and don't go TOO crazy trying to make sense of them.
Afer reading the first two quotes I definetely agree and see what Stephenie Meyer is trying to do to all of us Twilighters..or is it Twi hards? Anyways without furtherado the quotes!
"
Alice: "I'll play you for it. Rock, paper, scissors."
Edward: "Why don't you just tell me who wins?"
Alice: "I do. Excellent."
Bella: "Oh, Mike! How will I go on?" "
So let me know what you think these mean, and if you want to see what people over at HisGoldenEyes think then click the link! I pretty much agree with everybody over there.

My Favorite tv shows Smallville and Psych
I don't know about some of you readers but for me September and July are really good months. Why? Well my two all time favorite shows Smallville and Psych are returning again for an all new season!
Smallville comes back in September (I know too long right?) After season 7s last episode I'm not sure how the 8th season will go, first lets recap the last episode. Well after a few episodes we see that Lana Lang is back, and does it surprise anyone that she ditches Clark? But when Clark was distraught after Lana, Lois comes to the rescue Yay Lois! Next is Chloe and Jimmy, right before getting arrested by Homeland security Chloe gets a shocker. Jimmy proposed to her! But hey what about Clark? Lastly Clark goes to the fortress where long story short he meets Lex who now has control over him, and then the fortress breaks down. So after all of that I'm interested in seeing the next season, except since Lex is gone I wonder what will happen to Clark? We'll see! In case nobody has heard next season two new characters are being added, Doomsday and Tess( a woman looking over Lex's things) also the mighty Green Arrow is coming back!
Sooner than september Psych will come back in July, on the 18th I might add. (to all of you who don't know thats when The Dark Knight comes out) The season sounds really promising, the first episode will partly be about Shawn's parents (yup we finally meet his mom!) Other episodes and the details are all listed on the Psych website at USAnetwork.com
One thing though I'm waiting to see is wether or not Shawn will get togather with Juliet, after the almost-kiss halfway into the second season I thought it would happen soon, but alas we must wait for the third.
Cant wait to see what my favorite tv shows have to offer!

The Inclredible Hulk 2008 movie review
This fathers day my dad, brother and I went to go see the Hulk. Before seeing it I had heard their was a lot of death and the parts where the Hulk transformed were scary and loud. Thankfully the movie was not how I would have thought and was quite incredible, the movie isn't about the begining of the Hulk but rather the after story where he has just had several months of exclusion to himself where he had not transformed into the famous green monster. The CGI was very well done on both the Hulk and Abomination, and also the action scenes where a pleasure to watch. Liv Tyler played the role of the female protagonist who really cares for her man very well, although she didn't really strike me as the scientist type.
For those Hulk fans I know you will enjoy the parts where Hulk used two of his signature moves, both at the end. The first being when he smashed his hands to exstinguish some flames, and the second being when he slammed both hands down on the ground while shouting "Hulk smash." Lastly the movie much like Iron man hinted at a future Avengers movie which is already in the works, we see this when Starks (Iron man) meets the General and tells him about plans to start a team. So if you're a super hero fan and have yet to see the Hulk my recommdation is Go and check it out!

Schools out!
Come on and give me a hurrah-schools out!! All junior highers will next year be walking to school as freshman and current freshman will be going to highschool as sophmores-glad to not have to be teased! Seniors who graduate this year will have a whole new life ahead of them as they go to college; get married or go on an extended vacation. Next year I'm a junior, so nothing changes for me, except maybe the fact that I'm "higher up on the food chain" And alas Summer is finally here with sleepovers; beach parties and vacations to faraway places on the horizon. For me I'm hoping to go to my Aunt and Uncles's place, work and make some money and hang out with my friends. So what are you doing this summer? Got anything extra special to share?

Twilight cast at Comic-con
One of my favorite book series is Twilight and like most fans I cant wait for the release of the fourth book on August 2nd, I also can not wait for the movie starring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to come out on December 12. I like to visit hisgoldeneyes.com and check out new updates on the movie and everything Twilight. Well when I visited the site; I saw that the Twilight cast was going to be at Comic-con in San Diego this summer! I live just about an hour from San Diego, and was planning on going because I am hoping that the Smallville cast will be there; but when I read this I knew I had to definately go. The convention which is dedicated to everything comic related(including movie and tv shows) anime etc is going to be on thursday July 24th-Sunday July 27.
If anyones planning on going or would like to, then I would buy my tickets quickly; currently they are only selling 1-day memberships. To check out comic-con and ticket prices and other info; check out the site below.

Book review on Wicked Lovely
Ok so one of my really good friends last week had a copy of Wicked Lovely and since I'm a total book worm I decided to read the back cover and see what it was about. I found out that the book was about faeries, which alone is really cool since 1) I'm a faerie in a play and 2)its a fantasy novel. So at once I started reading it and surprisingly it was really good, bad news though I needed my own copy. Luckily though I ended up getting my own copy and I really loved the book!
Melissa Marrs story is about a girl who looks at first pretty normal, she goes to a catholic school, lives with her grandma and has a really good friend Seth. But Aislinn has a secret one that she shares with her grandmother she can see faeries! She is always constantly living in fear of them though, she even has a set of "rules" #1 Don't stare at invisible faeries #2 Don't speak to invisible faeiries #3 Don't ever attract their attention. Always living by these rules Aislinn gets suspicious when she is being followed by two faeries. Little does she know one of these is the Summer King and he for the past nine centuries has been looking for his Queen, the one that will restore back his powers and help he defeat the evil Winter Queen. As the story progresses we have to ask two questions, is Aislinn the real Summer Queen? If she is will she accept her role? This book definetely kept me interested, I encourage everyone to pick it up and read it themselves.
